Data collected
This site collects nothing without your knowledge. The only data processed is what you enter yourself in the contact form:
- name;
- phone number;
- district or town;
- type of request and approximate budget;
- free-text description of your problem;
- any photos you attach.
If you use WhatsApp, that exchange is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). The site only pre-fills a message; no data is stored by Renauva at that stage.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to contact you back, prepare the free assessment and produce a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given via the form checkbox, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
Your data is sent to Brahim Touati (Renauva) by email and recorded in a private spreadsheet used to track requests. The form delivery service (Web3Forms) acts as a processor. No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.
Retention
Requests that do not convert are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data relating to completed work is kept for as long as legal and accounting obligations require (up to 10 years).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to touatiibrahim650@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising trackers and no behavioural analytics. No consent banner is therefore required. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to a Google server that receives your IP address; they can be self-hosted instead (see the project README).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Data sent through the form is encrypted in transit.
